The upgrade to a beautiful queen room was definitely a highlight. the room's comfortable bed offered good sleep. i appreciated the gym on site with weights and various workout areas. concierge services proved helpful. Adrian piele scheduled transportation and gave advice on activities.
I noticed that the air conditioning did not quite cool the room enough. The temperature remained at 22 degrees celsius , made it a bit stuffy.

My stay had many high points. The front desk folks were fast. The hotel's restaurant was great. Staff was eager to help. I got a warm welcome on arrival. The location was pretty convenient for exploration.
The room I was in had some noise issues at night. The noise came from an external source. Maybe better soundproofing is needed.

The room was always clean. The blankets kept us very warm. Every staff member was helpful. Jojo, specifically, was always helpful with anything we needed (a real asset to the hotel!). He was very kind and attentive.

i found the location excellent. the staff was very helpful to me. samantha on reception was super cute. she put 30th birthday treats in the room for me.
i thought it was hard to believe this is a five star hotel. the lobby is small, though it looks excellent upon arrival.
