excellent stay, some minor issues
beautiful queen room comfortable bed gym facility concierge services
The upgrade to a beautiful queen room was definitely a highlight. the room's comfortable bed offered good sleep. i appreciated the gym on site with weights and various workout areas. concierge services proved helpful. Adrian piele scheduled transportation and gave advice on activities.
I noticed that the air conditioning did not quite cool the room enough. The temperature remained at 22 degrees celsius , made it a bit stuffy.

the hotel has a gym with assorted weights and equipment. it also doubles as a members' gym so it is well equipped. the fitness area seems to be maintained well.

Concierge services are available . adrian at the concierge helped schedule transport. he provided good advice for local activities. This made planning our days much easier.

My stay had many high points. The front desk folks were fast. The hotel's restaurant was great. Staff was eager to help. I got a warm welcome on arrival. The location was pretty convenient for exploration.
The room I was in had some noise issues at night. The noise came from an external source. Maybe better soundproofing is needed.

Staff was attentive and accommodating. Requests for extra towels and pillows received quick attention. Concierge services helped a lot. Staff provided information on local attractions with very great accuracy.

The queen room included a large flat-screen television. The bedding was soft. The climate control system was easy to operate. The room included blackout curtains for optimal darkness. These are great.

warm blankets helpful staff attentive staff kind service
The room was always clean. The blankets kept us very warm. Every staff member was helpful. Jojo, specifically, was always helpful with anything we needed (a real asset to the hotel!). He was very kind and attentive.
It was Hard to believe the small lobby. But excellent looking upon arrival.

cute staff birthday treats small lobby bad façade
i found the location excellent. the staff was very helpful to me. samantha on reception was super cute. she put 30th birthday treats in the room for me.
i thought it was hard to believe this is a five star hotel. the lobby is small, though it looks excellent upon arrival. once you go up elevators, the façade ends.
